• Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (excluding public holidays).
• Forklift is required for unloading. If not arranged prior, delivery will be returned to our warehouse at the customer's expense.
• Please ensure two able-bodied people are available for unloading.
• Curbside delivery is not provided.
• For OH&S reasons, no customer is allowed on the delivery truck, and our drivers do not hand unload.
