Currently, we ship across the United States. If you're interested in international delivery, contact us and we’ll let you know if we can arrange something with the vendor.

Shipping times depend on the specific vendor and product. Most items ship within 2–7 business days, but some made-to-order or heavy equipment may take longer. Refer to the product page for estimates or email us if you need help.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Since we work with multiple vendors, the return process and eligibility may vary by product. Always contact us first at hello@thegaragehaven.com before sending anything back so we can guide you through the correct steps.

Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and inspected by the vendor. This can take anywhere from 3–10 business days, depending on the vendor’s process. We'll keep you updated every step of the way.
