1. Locate a vertical wall stud or solid backing surface.

2. Mark two screw holes using the holster as a guide.

3. Drill holes and securely fasten the holster in place.

4. Wrap the charger cable neatly and insert the charging nozzle into the holster.

Wallbox USA Inc. (“Wallbox”) provides an electronic vehicle charging solution for home and business users. It includes intelligent charging hardware and an online service for controlling charging functions accessible locally and remotely via website and mobile app.

This warranty applies to the intelligent charging hardware and accessories (“Equipment”) provided by Wallbox.

**1. Other Rights You May Have**
This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, but you may have other rights depending on your jurisdiction. This warranty is subject to applicable laws. Please review local laws to fully understand your rights.

**2. Who Is Covered**
This warranty covers users who purchased Equipment directly from Wallbox or authorized resellers/distributors, or received it as a gift from such purchasers.

**3. Coverage Period**
Wallbox warrants the Equipment to be free from defects in material and workmanship for **three (3) years** from the purchase date under normal use and service.

**4. Warranty Benefits**
If your Equipment is defective and returned with Wallbox’s return authorization form, and the defect is not due to abuse, misuse, neglect, alteration, improper installation, repair, testing, accident, natural disaster, or use against Wallbox’s instructions, Wallbox will, at its option, **repair, replace, or refund** the lesser of the standard retail price or the amount you paid (proof of purchase required).

**5. How to Obtain Service**
Contact Wallbox at **hello@thegaragehaven.com** for a return authorization form and shipping instructions. Return the Equipment with proof of purchase. You pay shipping to Wallbox; Wallbox covers shipping for repaired/replacement items.

**6. Exclusive Warranty**
This warranty is the sole remedy for any breach of warranty or nonconformity. **No Wallbox employee or third party is authorized to offer additional warranties.**

**7. Warranty Disclaimer**
Except as expressly stated, Wallbox provides the Equipment “as is” and disclaims all other warranties—express, implied, or statutory—including implied warranties of **merchantability**, **fitness for a particular purpose**, and **non-infringement**. This disclaimer may not apply in some jurisdictions.

**8. Limitation of Liability**
Wallbox is not liable for **indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages**, including costs related to removal, replacement, labor, or installation. Wallbox’s total liability will not exceed the purchase price of the Equipment.

**9. Exclusions**
This warranty does not cover damage caused by: abuse, misuse, neglect, alteration, improper installation, repair, testing, accident, natural disaster, or non-compliance with Wallbox instructions.

BY PURCHASING WALLBOX HARDWARE OR OTHER PRODUCTS DIRECTLY FROM WALLBOX AND INDICATING YOUR ASSENT TO THESE TERMS, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THESE TERMS, YOU WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO COMPLETE ANY PURCHASES OF PRODUCTS FROM WALLBOX.

THESE TERMS CONTAIN A BINDING ARBITRATION CLAUSE AND A WAIVER OF CLASS ACTION RIGHTS IN SECTION 21. THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN SECTION 21 AFFECT YOUR RIGHTS REGARDING RESOLVING DISPUTES WITH WALLBOX. ACCORDINGLY, YOU SHOULD REVIEW IT CAREFULLY.

Wallbox offers electric vehicle charging solutions for home and business users, with smart hardware and an online service to manage charging via local network or remotely.

**1. Definitions**
"You" refers to the customer or user. "We/Us" refers to Wallbox USA Inc.

**2. Scope**
These Terms apply to purchases made on Wallbox’s website or directly from Wallbox.

**3. Orders**
Orders placed are offers to buy. Acceptance happens when you receive an order confirmation email. Orders may be declined if products are unavailable or out of stock.

**4. Order Confirmation & Cancellation**

**5. Pricing & Payment**
Prices do not include tax or shipping. Final prices are confirmed at checkout. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, PayPal, check, and bank transfer.

**6. Delivery & Risk**
Risk passes to you once we deliver items to the carrier. Estimated delivery is 7–14 business days depending on order type and location.

**7. Returns**

**8. Refunds**
Refunds will be issued within 30 days of receiving the returned product. Refunds are made using the original payment method.

**9. Warranty**

All hardware, software, and design materials are owned or licensed by Wallbox and are protected by law.

**11. Use of Products**
Use Wallbox products only as instructed. Misuse may void warranties or result in service cancellation.

**12. Limitation of Liability**
Wallbox is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

**13. Dispute Resolution**
Claims must be resolved by arbitration in Santa Clara County, CA. No class actions permitted. You must bring claims within two years of the incident.

**14. Communication**
By accepting these Terms, you agree to receive communications electronically.

**15. Geographic Restrictions**
Products are sold and shipped within the U.S. only.

**16. Privacy**
Your data is handled per our Privacy Policy. Payment details are encrypted using TLS.

**17. Amendments**
Wallbox may update these Terms at any time. The version in force when you place your order applies.
