Is the charger compatible with Tesla or NACS vehicles?

Statement of Limited Warranty
Wallbox USA Inc. (“Wallbox”) provides an electronic vehicle charging solution for home and business users. It includes intelligent charging hardware and an online service for controlling charging functions accessible locally and remotely via website and mobile app.
This warranty applies to the intelligent charging hardware and accessories (“Equipment”) provided by Wallbox.
**1. Other Rights You May Have**
This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, but you may have other rights depending on your jurisdiction. This warranty is subject to applicable laws. Please review local laws to fully understand your rights.
**2. Who Is Covered**
This warranty covers users who purchased Equipment directly from Wallbox or authorized resellers/distributors, or received it as a gift from such purchasers.
**3. Coverage Period**
Wallbox warrants the Equipment to be free from defects in material and workmanship for **three (3) years** from the purchase date under normal use and service.
**4. Warranty Benefits**
If your Equipment is defective and returned with Wallbox’s return authorization form, and the defect is not due to abuse, misuse, neglect, alteration, improper installation, repair, testing, accident, natural disaster, or use against Wallbox’s instructions, Wallbox will, at its option, **repair, replace, or refund** the lesser of the standard retail price or the amount you paid (proof of purchase required).
**5. How to Obtain Service**
Contact Wallbox at **hello@thegaragehaven.com** for a return authorization form and shipping instructions. Return the Equipment with proof of purchase. You pay shipping to Wallbox; Wallbox covers shipping for repaired/replacement items.
**6. Exclusive Warranty**
This warranty is the sole remedy for any breach of warranty or nonconformity. **No Wallbox employee or third party is authorized to offer additional warranties.**
**7. Warranty Disclaimer**
Except as expressly stated, Wallbox provides the Equipment “as is” and disclaims all other warranties—express, implied, or statutory—including implied warranties of **merchantability**, **fitness for a particular purpose**, and **non-infringement**. This disclaimer may not apply in some jurisdictions.
**8. Limitation of Liability**
Wallbox is not liable for **indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages**, including costs related to removal, replacement, labor, or installation. Wallbox’s total liability will not exceed the purchase price of the Equipment.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by: abuse, misuse, neglect, alteration, improper installation, repair, testing, accident, natural disaster, or non-compliance with Wallbox instructions.

**2. Scope**
These Terms apply to purchases made on Wallbox’s website or directly from Wallbox.
**3. Orders**
Orders placed are offers to buy. Acceptance happens when you receive an order confirmation email. Orders may be declined if products are unavailable or out of stock.
